JACQUELINE JACKSON,
HR CONSULTANT
Jacqueline Jackson is a seasoned Human Resources leader with nearly two decades of experience turning workplaces into places people actually want to show up to. From remote diamond mines in the Northwest Territories to municipal boardrooms in Edmonton, she's built HR functions from the ground up, steered complex organizational change, and championed psychologically safe, inclusive cultures across unionized and non-unionized environments alike.
A Registered Professional Trainer and proud member of NAIT's HR Program Advisory Council, Jacqueline is the kind of HR leader who doesn't just have a seat at the table — she helps build a better one. In her spare time, Jacqueline likes to travel, travel and travel some more. Vowing to visit each of the 7 continents, she enjoys learning about people and cultures from every corner of the world. It confirms for her that the world is a mirror; travel just brings it close enough to see yourself in everyone else.
