Throughout her career, she has built and supported comprehensive human resource programs, coached leaders and worked as a strategic business partner to increase engagement and establish high performing cultures. She is truly passionate about helping others succeed through authentic leadership and known for her positive approach to leadership.

Away from work, Brenda can usually be found with her family hanging out together and spending time at the lake waterskiing, surfing and paddle boarding or downhill skiing in the winter.
