Najwa’s experience includes employee and labour relations, workplace investigations, performance management, recruitment and retention, policy and program development, compensation, organizational development, and health and safety. She is known for her approachable, solutions-focused style and her ability to build trusted relationships while balancing the needs of employees with the goals of the organization.

Najwa holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and brings a practical, people-first approach to every client engagement.
